Wholegrain tortillas


Ingredients:
1 cup wholegrain flour
1/3 cup water
1 ½ olive oil
½ teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
• Combine in bowl, flour, baking powder and salt.
Add oil and work into flour with hands, until well combined.
• Add water a little at a time until dough is moistened.
• Turn dough out onto a lightly floured work surface and knead 2 to 3 minutes or until an elastic consistency.
• Place dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and let rest for 15 minutes.
• Turn dough out onto a lightly floured work surface and divide into balls, depending on the size of tortillas preferred.
• Use a rolling pin and roll each ball.
Cook each tortilla on a ungreased skillet over medium-high heat for about 1 minute (30 seconds on each side) until puffy.

Salmon risotto


Ingredients
♥ rice
♥ broccoli
♥ salmon
♥ salt & pepper
♥ olive oil

Directions
• Cook the rice.
• On olive oil fry the salmon(5 minutes).
• Add rice and broccoli.
• Salt and pepper.
• Everything fry about 10 minutes.

Palmiers

Ingredients

♥ 1 package frozen puff pastry
♥ ½ cup sugar
♥ 2 teaspoons ground cinamon

Directions
•Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
•Combine the sugar and cinamon in a bowl.
•Lay the puff pastry on clean work surface and sprinkle the sugar mix on top of the pastry.
•Using a rolling pin, roll the sugar into the dough and roll the dough into an even rectangle, about 1/8-inch thick.
•Fold in two opposite sides of the pastry sheet square so that they the sides meet in the center.
•Fold in same sides of the pastry again.
•Cut pastry crosswise into 1/2-inch thick slices.
•Dip cut sides of each piece in sugar and arrange, cut side down, on an ungreased baking sheet.
•Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
